Allison Murcia is Manager of Research for the Northern Kentucky Tri-County Economic Development Corporation (Tri-ED). She is responsible for gathering and analyzing information to support the region’s economic success, and the management of data for Northern Kentucky Tri-ED. This includes studies of Northern Kentucky industries, supply chains and workforce, as well as work that supports lead generation, client requests, and inquiries from local governments and other organizations.
Allison brings nearly a decade of economic development experience, most recently at the Clermont County Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), to Tri-ED. At DCED, she worked in business attraction and retention, incentives program management, and data analysis.
Prior to the Clermont County DCED, Allison held several planning roles with Anderson Township and the City of Norwalk, Ohio. She earned a Master of Library and Information Science from the School of Information at Kent State University and Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. Allison is a member of the American Planning Association.
